It is easy to boost the traction and improve your stretching capability, however you will need the EZ Stretch Traction Handles which can be bought separately.
The ankle clamps are comfortable and the grip is secure so as not to compromise your safety while in inverted position. At the same time the corner feet boost its A-frame support by twenty percent, decrease sliding on rigid surfaces and even guard floors. The F7000S is pretty amazing as it is capable of locking your body position at full 90 degrees inversion however you need to adjust roller hinge settings to more responsive mode. Once you’re locked at 90 degrees you can actually exercise inverted squats and sit-ups. The inversion table is self-managed and you can use effortless arm movements to unlock it.

The refurbished models can be pretty good bargain as they’ve been checked thoroughly to make sure its structural integrity and functions have not been compromised on quality, though the product may come with tiny scratches here and there. However what I liked most was Teeter’s 5 year full warranty was still in effect when I bought it.
